Registrations are open right up until 30mins before the first event, when late registrations and distance changes close. Registering late will incur a late fee so make sure you get in early.

OWS Membership!

Sign up as an OWS member for as little as $50 to gain access to exclusive discounts on rounds, group bookings and series swimming.

How do I change my distance?

Note: Changes to race distances can be made online up to one day before the event.  It is recommended if you wish to change your distance to do so as early as possible to avoid queues.

Step 1. Click here

Step 2. Enter the email that was used to register for your swim

Step 3. Select the event you wish to change, the distance and click the “Access” link.

Step 4. Scroll down to the Event heading and click the green “Edit” button.

Step 5. Select your desired distance and click the green “Continue” button and follow the prompts through to the end.

Note that there is a $2 charge to make alterations so we recommend only changing when you are sure of your choice.

Race Tattoos, Timing Chips and Caps.

If you are an OWS member, Masters member or Non member.

• You will receive two individually numbered race tattoos. These need to be applied to the outside of each of your arms. You will also receive a timing chip that is placed on your wrist and a coloured  swimming cap based on the distance you are swimming. (See wave times for more information)

If you are a SWA Member.

• You will receive a a set of six tattoos. You need to be apply 2 tattoos to your shoulder blades, arms and wrists. You will also receive two timing chips that are to be placed on your wrists and a coloured  swimming cap based on the distance you are swimming. (See wave times for more information)

If you are competing as a DUO or in the TEAMS event.

• You will receive two individually numbered race tattoos. These need to be applied to the outside of each of your arms. You will also receive a timing chip that is placed on your wrist and a coloured  swimming cap based on the distance you are swimming. (See wave times for more information)

How to apply your Tattoos

No need to wait in line, you can apply the tattoo yourself:
1. Separate tattoos
2. Remove plastic coating
3. Apply to arm with logo at the top of the arm as pictured below
4. Apply water for 1min (wet cloth is best) or until soaked through
5. Slowly remove paper

Note: Make sure to apply the race tattoo before your sunscreen.

*Please note that the below times are subject to change due to swimmer numbers and conditions.

1. 500m: Briefing time – 07:25 am, Start Time – 07:40 am, Cap Colour – Purple- 500m Course
2. 1km: Briefing time – 07:55 am, Start Time – 08:00 am, Cap Colour – Silver- 500m Course
3. Elite: Briefing time – 07:55 am, Start Time –  08:03 am, Cap Colour – Club Caps- 1.25km course 
4. 10km: Briefing time – 07:55 am, Start Time –  08:06 am, Cap Colour – Yellow- 1.25km Course 
5. 7.5km: Briefing time – 07:55 am, Start Time – 08:06 am, Cap Colour – Purple- 1.25km Course
6. 5km: Briefing time – 07:55 am, Start Time –  08:09 am, Cap Colour – Red- 1.25km Course 
7. 2.5km: Briefing time: 07:55 am, Start Time: 08:12 am, Cap Colour: Green- 1.25km Course 

Teams:

1. DUO: 4km Briefing time – 8.55am, Start Time – 9.00, Cap Colour: – 500m course
2. Teams: 4km   Briefing time – 8.55am, Start Time – 9:00, Cap Coulor: – 500m course

The Swim Course

Parking

Please arrive early as the carpark bays will fill up very quickly. We strongly encourage car-pooling to reduce the number of cars in the vicinity.

There are multiple places to park close to our event demonstrated on our map below. They are;
